I lock my medicine cabinet

I lock my medicine cabinets. No, I am not worried about the Tylenol and ibuprofen, the sunscreen or the laxatives. The thermometers or the neosporin.

I lock my medicine cabinets simply because of the bandaids. Any one else with me? We could go through a box of bandaids a day if I left them unsupervised. We have a bandaid addiction around here, I think. They know I need to see blood to get abandaid so I discretely watch them scratch the bug bite until a tiny tiny tiny speck of blood is managed to be squeezed out. Then they come running for a bandaid. They have tried for a bandaid for the 1 week old bruise. A bandaid for the scratch from a month ago almost totally healed over, a bandaid for the stubbed toe.

And so that is why I lock my medicine cabinets. So we have bandaids when I actually need one.
